Impetuous Sea
I tasted your brush
Not your brushstroke
You leaned on my hand
Like everything, it will end
To keep the burden
And the harness on
A vacation in Pompeii
From parted lips
And partyed bones
For the skins I never touch alone
Torn from my own skin
Torn from bones
This impetuous fire
I watched the light go by
Through it linger
Thought we care
It's only a masquerade
Symbolic concussion
Quietly done, heart broken
It very end unreal
You tend not to see
The sea from the ocean
Are we criss-crossed enough for you now?

Canzone
Marked for your skeletons
You had a full set to make wind bells to
I wish I could remake this century
With a little more of you in it
I wish I could repaint the room
So there's enough room for both of us
Fully dressed, fully gowned
So the skeletons can dance
Dance away to the twilight
Dance away to the sunlight
Before you leave me out at sea
I wish I could repaint this century
